Safe Pulse AI Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Safe Pulse AI mobile app and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Account

• You must be legally allowed to use this Service in your jurisdiction.
• You are responsible for account credentials and activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.

2. Service Description

SafePulse provides incident alerts, mapping, route safety insights, and trusted-contact related features. The Service is informational and supportive in nature.

3. No Emergency Guarantee

SafePulse is not an emergency service and does not replace police, medical, fire, or official emergency response systems. In emergencies, contact local emergency services immediately.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service unlawfully or in violation of others' rights.
• Attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or disruption of the Service.
• Submit false, malicious, or misleading safety-related content.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

• Pro subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play.
• Pricing, trial terms, renewals, and cancellations are managed by your app store account.
• Refunds are handled per Apple/Google policies.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, design, trademarks, and content, is protected by applicable IP laws. Except where explicitly allowed, you may not reproduce or distribute the Service content.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service may rely on third-party platforms (for example maps, analytics, notifications, payment systems). Their availability and policies may affect Service behavior.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
